How do I book a consultation?
Choose an available date and time in the Cal.com calendar, check your timezone, and complete its booking questions. Follow the provider’s final step and review the booking status it displays. Choosing a time alone does not confirm an appointment.
Which timezone applies?
The timezone displayed in the Cal.com calendar applies to its appointment times. Whether it can be changed depends on the event’s Cal.com settings. Check the displayed timezone before choosing a time, and contact College Gates if you need help with a conversion.
Can a parent or guardian get in touch?
Yes. Use your own name and contact details when arranging the conversation. A broad outline of the student’s plans is enough; there is no need to share their school, date of birth, or records.
What should I prepare for a conversation?
Bring questions about your intended level of study, possible destinations, and the part of the process you are exploring. You do not need a finished university list or confidential academic or financial documents to make an initial enquiry.
Are all six programs available now?
The six program offerings are planned and pending owner confirmation. Ask about availability, support scope, schedules, and fees directly before making any commitment. No admission, score, or funding outcome is guaranteed.
Is the consultation free, and how long is it?
The introductory consultation is free and lasts 30 minutes. The calendar shows the times currently offered by Cal.com. If no suitable time is available, contact us by email or Telegram.
How can I cancel or reschedule?
Use the cancellation or rescheduling options supplied by Cal.com with your booking. Cal.com manages the appointment and its current status. If you cannot find your booking details, contact College Gates directly.
What if the calendar does not load?
Use the “Open booking on Cal.com” button above the calendar to open the same event in a new tab. You can also contact College Gates by email or Telegram if you need help.
